Gang of Four will be playing at Neapolis festival in Naples Italy on Thursday the 15th of July and the Fiera Della Musica Festival as special guests with Iggy and the Stooges on Friday the 16th of July. Both shows are sold out.
Top ten highlights of Glastonbury 2010
NO. 8 “Post-punk luminaries Gang of Four gave a tight, energetic and aggressive performance on the John Peel Stage. The highlight was when Jon King smashed a microwave to bits with a giant club to the beat of the music. It was an exhilarating piece of abstract theatre. Unfortunately I wasn’t in the right place to grap one of the pieces when he threw them into the crowd. It cheered us up after the worst performance of the weekend: the England football team.”
